Founded in 1974 by Shivram S. Bhudia, Shiv Construction began with a modest mission: to deliver millimetric precision in civil contracting. That mission has guided us through fifty years of continuous operation, expanding from Eldoret to Nairobi, and establishing ourselves as a premier contractor for institutional laboratories, malls, and places of worship.
We work as a single point of responsibility. Because we manage site preparation, precast manufacturing, structural steel framing, and interior detailing in-house, we control tolerance and timing from foundation to final finish.
