Our Legacy

A half century of building structural trust, institutional scale, and civil precision across East Africa.

A Foundation Built on
Precision

Founded in Eldoret in 1974 by pioneering builder Shivram S. Bhudia, Shiv Construction set out to elevate building practices in Kenya. What began as a modest civil contracting firm quickly earned a reputation for millimetric accuracy, taking on local projects and scaling them with unmatched structural integrity.

In 1986, recognizing the growing demand for top-tier contractor capability, the firm established its permanent headquarters in Nairobi while retaining its roots in Eldoret. Today, we are proud to serve as the builder of choice for some of East Africa's most demanding institutional, civic, and commercial landmarks.
